When attempting to cancel the invoice ,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
------------------------------
1) Navigate to India Local Payable
2) Create the invoice and attach the RCM taxes
3) Create the Accounting of Invoice
4) Run the India Period End Processor
5) Try to cancel the Invoice
