Symptoms

Problem Statement:


The BEE Rollback process completes in error, although it rolled back the element entries.

ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001:
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_UTILITY", line 903
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_MIX_ROLLBACK_PKG", line 240
ORA-06512: at line 1

OR

When trying to delete the assignment action from the View Assignment Process Results form, receive error:

"APP-PER-289522: You cannot roll back the assignment action. There could be element entries that
cannot be removed, or run results for one or more batch lines on the assignment."
