Goal
Why while exporting the output from an Oracle Form some users are able to get .tsv format and other users are not.
A user gets the .tsv file extension while extracting data sometimes and others times while trying to extract, the extension goes away. i.e the file exported has no extension.
For some users, they get proper extension (.tsv) and do not have any issues.
For some users, they never get any file extensions while extracting data.
