Ledger LOV in the Journal Import Form does not Show Any Value and Throws FRM-41830 (Doc ID 2590107.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

After running transfer to GL in Payroll, Journal Import shows no records to import. Ledger LOV in the Journal Import form does not show any value.

FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login with HRMS Manager responsibility and submit "Transfer to GL".
  2.  Login with General Ledger responsibility and go to the Journal Import form.
     (N) Journal >Import > Run
  3.  Select source "Payroll" and open Ledger LOV.
  4.  Ledger LOV does not contain the value.
