Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When creating or updating Personal Payment Method with the valid bank account information in Australia business group, following error occurs.

ERROR: The Account Number is Invalid

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as AU HRMS Manager responsibility
  2.  Go to Personal Payment Method form
     (N) People > Enter and Maintain > (B) Assignment > (B) Others > Pay Method
  3.  Enter or update personal payment method with the valid bank information
  4.  Error occurs
