The tax amount in India tax details of sales order screen vanishes if we dont
use the tab after entering the tax amount

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The tax amount in India tax details of sales order screen should not be
vanishing if we dont use the tab after entering the tax amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Navigate to Sales order and query for order
2) Tools --> India tax details --> add the adhoc tax and directly go to tax
amount --> enter the tax amount --> dont do the tab
Click on apply --> the tax amount vanishes. Do the save and tax amount is
blank.
