Symptoms

When attempting to run Costing, the following errors occur.

ERROR

HR_7282_COST_NO_SUSP_ACNT
APP-PAY-07282: No suspense account in pay_payrolls_f table

An unexpected error has occurred. Please inform your system administrator that the error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (HR.PAY_COST_ALLOCATION_KEYFLE_PK) violated occurred when the FND_FLEX_SERVER package tried to execute the SQL statement
