Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Approver is unable to view and edit Requisition Header DFF (Descriptive Flex Field) in iProcurement when is trying to Edit or View requisition details.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User is expecting to see also the DFF Header details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement Responsibility ->
2. Non Catalog request -> Add to cart ->
3. View and checkout -> Add Additional Header information (DFF) ->
4. Submit for approval
5. First approver receives the notification -> Open ->
6. Click on Edit Requisition link or View Requisition link->
7. User is not able to see the Additional header information.
