CLM IProcurement Goods Based Requisition Amendment Is Not Allowing To Change The Unit Price (Doc ID 2592280.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) - iProcurement, Release 12.2.x, when creating a requisition amendment, the unit price cannot be updated

STEPS
-----------------------
1. In Oracle CLM iProcurement responsibility, create and submit a new requisition for approval. The document becomes approved.
2. Create an amendment to the requisition.
3. On the "Requisition Amendment xxx-xxx: Update Selected Line" page, in the Item section, the Unit Price is displayed as read-only and therefore cannot be modified.
