Error Occurs When Trying To Personalize The Service Type LOV: 'FRM-41826 Cannot replace group; columns don't match LOV' (Doc ID 2592560.1)

On : 12.2.8 version

A personalization is created to filter the Service type LOV.    For example filter the list of values to return only Service types with 'XX'  in the name.

A personalization with Builtin type: 'Create record group from query' was used with the following argument:
SQL>select name from csd_repair_types_tl where name like '%XX%';

When trying to select the Service type LOV to search for a value the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a personalization to filter the values in the service type LOV
2. Error occurs when selecting the Service type LOV
