AGIS - ORA-01422 error message when clicking on notification for rejected batches

 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

Able to reproduce the error when the batch is approved by first approver, and then rejected by the second approver, using AME.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. AGIS responsibility
2. AGIS Batch
3. AGIS Batch is approved by first approver and then rejected by the second approval.
