PATPOB: Signal 11 ERROR While Publishing Performance Obligation (Doc ID 2593558.1)

On : 12.2 version, Workplan

When attempting to publish performance obligation,
the following error occurs.

Program was terminated by signal 11


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project superuser responsibility.
2. Navigate to Projects: Delivery > Search Project
3. Query Project Number.
4. Click on Performance Obligation Subtab.
5. Enter Performance Obligation line.
6. Publish Performance Obligation, this will spawn request PRC:Generate Initial Performance Obligation Accounting Events.
2. Review log file for request PRC:Generate Initial Performance Obligation Accounting Events
