Error 'Generate Jobs has failed' When Creating A WIP Job From Depot Repair (Doc ID 2593672.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Repair Execution

When attempting to create a job for a service order from the 'Submit Jobs' form, the following error occurs:

This error may occur randomly.

Generate Jobs has failed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Depot Repair->Submit jobs.
2. Create job from Submit Jobs form
3. Error occurs.
