[ECC] ecc.conf File Is Not Made (Doc ID 2594196.1)

If you follow

"4.3.2.3 Integrate Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework with Oracle E-Business Suite" of Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 (Doc ID 2495053.1)

and execute these below

Then OHS configuration file ecc.conf in the <s_ohs_instance_loc>/config/OHS/<s_ohs_component> must be made but ecc.conf in fact is not made.

And you can see # of s_ecc_conf_comment in context file, which you must have removed.

If you run the processes above # of s_ecc_conf_comment appears again.

If check autoconfig log file, can find that it would be related to the issue that profile option FND_ECC_ENABLED is blank

New installation of ECC ver2 and integration with EBS R12.2.8.
