When an employee has an open ended absence the calculation of OSP is being impacted by future dated absences, the participation process is that there is an overlapping absence.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run Participation Process: Absence

1. UK HRMS Manager
2. Processes and Reports
3. Submit Processes and Reports
4. Select program Participation Process: Absence
5. Enter parameters
  Effective Date: 18-Jul-2019
  Validate: Commit - Database will be updated
  Person Name: Enter employees' name
6. View Output Participation Error Detail Report by Error Type
