Personal Payment Method Defaults Priority to 1 and Percentage to 100% (Doc ID 2594512.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to create a new personal payment method with check, priority is defaulted to 1 and percentage is defaulted to 100% and not able to modify them.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Go to Personal Payment Method form
     (N) People > Enter and Maintain > (B) Assignment > (B) Others > Pay Method
  2.  Create a new record with name = check
  3.  Priority is default to 1 and percentage is defaulted to 100% and not able to modify.
