Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Estimate and Actual Charges
While submitting Actuals to Order Management in Depot Repair, system throws below error
ERROR

BILL_TO address is invalid because the associated account site use (acct_site_use)id = XXXX) for the account site (cust_acct_site_id = NNNN) is inactive.
Please make sure to use an active account site use.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to applications
2. Go to Depot Repair responsibility
3. Navigate to Repair Orders forma and query for the Repair order having issue
4. Try to submit actuals to Order Management
