Symptoms
When attempting to validate the Location containing the Space in the postal code
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Shipment Management > Location Manager
2. Search for Location with space in postal code and Select the Location
3. Select Actions > Location Management > Utilities > Validate Address
4. Select HERE_ADDRESS
Error Appears while validation.
