ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to view the material workbench for Inbound Internal Requisition, the "tree" on the left of the screens shows data but when selecting a record,
no details appear on the right side of the screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When attempting to view the material workbench for Inbound Internal Requisition, the "tree" on the left of the screens shows data, and when selecting a record,
details appear on the right side of the screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Inventory Super User
2. Navigation: On-hand, Availability -> On-hand Quantity
3. When attempting to view the material workbench for Inbound Internal Requisition, the "tree" on the left of the screens shows data but when selecting a record,
no details appear on the right side of the screen.
