Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Descriptive flexfields (EXCEPT setup or Flexbuilder issues)
When entering any new segment values the error below is generated:
ERROR

ORA-01403 : No data Found
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter any new values on Asset or HRMS segments.
2. The ORA-01403 : No data Found error appears.
