Trip Details are Missing Against Delivery Hence Cannot Generate Bill of Lading ( BOL ) Nor Close Out the Delivery (Doc ID 2596474.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR 
Trip details are missing against Delivery hence delivery cannot be closed and hence unable to generate BOL - Bill Of Lading
The delivery is not closed but in an In-Transit status and unable to manually assign a trip.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the delivery to be closed and Bill of Lading is printed


STEPS
The issue can not  be reproduced at will  for a new order/ delivery but can be verified for impacted order with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management
2. Navigate: Shipping>Transaction
3. Query the Delivery by entering Order Number
4. Notice the status of Delivery to be "In-transit" but there is no trip associated to it.
