Trip Details Are Missing Against Delivery and unable to close the delivery and Interface to Order Management and Inventory (Doc ID 2596474.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR 
Trip details are missing against Delivery hence delivery cannot be closed and hence unable to generate BOL - Bill Of Lading
The delivery is not closed but in an In Transit status and unable to manually assign a trip.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the delivery to be closed and Bill of Lading is printed


STEPS
The issue can not  be reproduced at will  for a new order/ delivery but can be verified for impacted order with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management
2. Navigate: Shipping>Transaction
3. Query the Delivery by entering Order Number
4. Notice the status of Delivery to be "In-transit" but there is no trip associated to it.
