Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Apply <Patch: 30273771> and DataInstall/hrglobal
2.  Apply hrglobal translation <Patch: 29347772>
   
   
3.  Check the input values on the element "Com_ Si_ Reporting Form"
   (N) Total Compensation -> Basic -> Element Description -> Search "Com_ Si_ Reporting Form" in Name -> (B) Input Values
    
4.  Check the two Input values
