On : 12.2.8 version, Material Move Orders
Inventory -> Material Workbench HTML Based Move Orders Page Throwing GL Flexfield Structure Related Error
Error appears on the page accessed from the Material Workbench when creating a mass move order as well as from the Move Order view page.

The data that defines the flexfield on this field may be inconsistent. Inform your system administrrator that the function: KeyFlexfieldDefinitionFactory.getStructureNumber
could not find the structure definition for the flexfield specified by Application = SQL GL, Code = GL# and Structure number = OPERATIONS_ACCOUNTING_FLEX
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Inventory > On-hand, Availability > Material Workbench
2. Search for item
3. Actions > Mass Move
4. Choose destination subinventory
5. Apply
6. Move order form opens with Error message
