STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Created AR transaction with Tax Invoice Date.
2. Run CLE: Invoice Data Extract - XML program.
3. Notice that 'invoiceDeliveryDate' tag did not populate.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit XML file to HU Tax Authorities.
