Problem Statement:

Hrglobal fails loading pyusjitp.sql with the error below.

DECLARE

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20003: Old patch JIT_Q1_2018 is incomplete in phase BACKUP and cannot be
ignored. Please contact support.
ORA-06512: at line 248

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Upgrade to R12.2.
  2.  Run DataInstall and apply hrglobal.drv.
  3.  Worker job fails loading pyusjitp.sql.
