Symptoms

 The Oracle Payables Supplier Site form does not allow the user to enter EFT details in German due to the translation issue. After the user enters the country Germany in German, the descriptive flexfield is closed with error message:

'Enter the necessary value for the segment alphanumeric into the Flexfield supplier location DTA data.
