Error Accessing Attachments In iSupport (Doc ID 2598055.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open attachments in iSupport the following message occurs.

Errors

Do you want to open or save ibuSRDetaills.jsp (200 kb) from <xxxxxxx.com>? Open Save Cancel



Steps
1. Apply the CPU patches
2. Login to iSupport
3. Create a new SR via iSupport
4. Add a new attachment
5. Save changes
6. Try to open the attachment


What Is Working?

 This attachment can be accesses without problems via forms but not via iSupport.
