Goal

Business needs the ability to split the lines , on basis of picked and backordered lines, in order to re-schedule the backordered line for future.

For example if 15 qty is ordered and 10 qty is picked and 5 qty is backordered ( in delivery details in shipping transactions form)
User should be able to split Line into 10 picked qty and 5 backordered qty. But this is not happening
