ORA-06502 Error in JTF_FM_REQUEST_GRP.GET_CONTENT_XML API Call

Calling  One to One Fulfillment API JTF_FM_REQUEST_GRP.GET_CONTENT_XML is failing with "ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package JTF_FM_REQUEST_GRP Procedure GET_MES_ITEM_DETAILS" error message.
