Symptoms

Customer is sending a message to a contact using the navigation: Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments > Search for shipment > Actions > Shipment Management > Utilities > Compose and Send Message using the AD Hoc Message type and sending to a contact.

This contact is receiving an email from OTM but the contents are shown in HTML.
