Unable To Delete Employee With HR Delete Person Functionality (Doc ID 2602675.1)

Symptoms

The user is unable to delete the employee with delete person functionality in HR.

When we try to delete the employee record from "Delete person" function it fails with below error message:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Delete Personal Record > Delete Person
