Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Price Break Modifier is not considering the closed lines for Tier Pricing.
For example: If a few lines of the order get closed, then the Pricing Engine is not considering those lines for pricing (discounting) of the remaining open lines.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The Pricing Engine should consider all of the lines for pricing (discounting); using total sales order amount as criteria for discounting.
STEPS
Using Tiered Pricing
Value From Value To Application Method Value
0 28000 Percent 79
28000 Percent 81.8
Order Total = (30*3814 + 80* 2510) = (114,420 + 200,800) = $ 315, 220
Line 1.1 Discount (in Booked status) – 81.8%
Line 2.1 Discount (in Booked status) – 81.8%
After Closing Line 1.1 alone and then Pricing the Order gives discounts for the lines as:
Line 1.1 Discount (in Closed status) – 81.8%
After closing Line 1.1 and repricing the order, the Line 2.1 Discount changes to 79%. For Line
2.1 the Modifier is not considering the Closed line order amount for tier pricing
