Last updated on MAY 02, 2022

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Search RLM schedule based on customer item: customer item disappears when you search
second time.
Navigate to the RLM workbench
Click the “Find” icon on the toolbar (torch)

Enter criteria: schedule and customer item and click
Find

The list of schedules appears that correspond to the criteria (schedule and item number) you have
entered.
Open a schedule.

You want to see the next schedule that was found based on the search criteria (Schedule number
+ item number)
Click the “Find” icon, in order to find same item number, but another schedule

The “Find Schedules” screen appears and the “customer items” field is empty. If you click
“Find” it will return all schedules of the selected schedule number (part of the schedule), but not
anymore of the selected item. You have to enter each time the item number.  This re-entering of data makes the CSR
lose time and productivity.
