On : 12.2.7 version, Requisition
Shipment amounts not matching the Distributions
When trying to process IAA documents we are getting an error.

Error: Line #0001 Shipment #1 quantity (800000) does not match distribution quantity (900000).],
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into EBS > CLM Responsibility
2. Use Purchase Order BSO Webservice
3. Update Quantity/Amount Ordered set in the input payload at distribution level
User cannot update quantity and amount using BSO
