UNABLE TO AUDIT TABLE HR_PERSON_DEPLOYMENTS DUE TO PRIMARY KEY MISSING

Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When attempting to enable Audit for Table HR_PERSON_DEPLOYMENTS using Document id 848039.1
When submit Audit Trail Update Tables concurrent request we receive below error :
APP-FND-00016: No primary key information exists for table HR_PERSON_DEPLOYMENTS_A, audit table not made.
APP-FND-00016: No primary key information exists for table , audit table not made.
Action: Define primary key information for table. Auditing cannot occur on tables without primary keys.
Fatal error in fdagcn, quitting...
Fatal error in fdactr, quitting...
Action: Define primary key information for table. Auditing cannot occur on tables without primary keys.
