Manage Tax Page Not Bring Up When Including Non-English Characters More Than 8 Character in Requisition Number (Doc ID 2604539.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When creating Requisition with Requisition Number more than 8 characters of non-English local language, manage tax web page is not able to be opened as expected.

Expected Behavior
Expect to open manage tax web page successfully.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set Document Numbering as Manual and Alphanumeric for Requisition number on Purchasing Option
  2. Create Requisition and save with Requisition number more than 8 characters of non-English local language, such as Thai character
  3. Click Manage Tax from menu
  4. No web page shows out
