After moving Oracle EBS Instance to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) XML Publisher template issues

XML Publisher no longer recognizes the $OA_MEDIA directory to bring in images, signatures, etc. to the PDF Files created in Oracle when concurrent programs are run.


ERROR

xdo.log contains [EXCEPTION] java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to host (Host unreachable)
