Goal
Why is the Interaction History Data Import program not populating the fields contact_party_id and contact_party_rel_id in the JTF_IH_INTERACTIONS table?
Test Scenario:
JTF_IH_INTERACTIONS_STG is populated with values for contact_party_id and contact_party_rel_id. But the interaction created in JTF_IH_INTERACTIONS by
the Interaction History Data Import program does not have those fields populated and are null.
JTF_IH_INTERACTIONS_STG_LOG table has these values populated.
