ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Knowledge Base Editor: Images disappear after clicking "Publish" or "Preview"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the image does not disappear after clicking Publish in the template.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to applications
2. Go to Responsibility: Email Center Administrator
3. Navigate to Knowledge Base -> Documents -> Editor
4.Create a new template in rich text editor mode and insert an image file.
5.Afterwards click either "Publish" or "Preview" -> Image has disappeared, only the text parts of the email are visible.
Note that the image exists in the published template.
