Symptoms
On EBS 12.0.7 version, Descriptive flexfields (EXCEPT setup or Flexbuilder issues), DEV Instance
When attempting to create a data model with procedure call, the following error occurs
It always return 0 with error message as "FLEX-CANNOT FIND STRUCT DEF {ROUTINE}=FND_FLEX_SERVER2.GET_KEYSTRUCT(Get Application_Id) {APPL}=SQLGL {CODE}=GL# {NUM}=XXXX"
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps :-
1. Create a Data Model with Procedure Call "fnd_flex_ext.get_ccid"
2. Procedure Call:
