Symptoms

Problem Statement:

<Issue #1>

Employee LOV in "Transfer to GL Detail Report (XML)" returns multiple person records for the same person if there are multiple datetrack records in PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F.

 

<Issue #2>

When running "Transfer to GL Detail Report (XML)" for a single person with multiple datetrack records, following error occurs.

ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: Error in procedure tgl_extact
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_TRANGL_DETAIL_REP_PKG", line 246
ORA-06512: at line 1

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT R.Co
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

<Issue #1>

  1.  Login as HRMS Manager responsibility
  2.  Go to Submit Request form
     (N) Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request
  3.  Enter name "Transfer to GL Detail Report (XML)" and in the Employee LOV, multiple records returned

<Issue #2>

  1. Login as HRMS Manager responsibility
  2. Go to Submit Request form
    (N) Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request
  3. Submit "Transfer to GL Detail Report (XML)" with single employee who has multiple datetrack person records
  4. Error occurs
