When attempting to receive from iProcurement, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Your receipt could not be created successfully due to an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator with the following information for further assistance.
The receiving transaction manager for receipts, returns and correct items is not active. Please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In iProcurement select requisition to receive
2. Enter required data and press submit
3. On screen receive Items: review, and submit get following error message

The receiving transaction manager for receipts, returns and correct items is not active. Please try later.
