Symptoms

When attempting Range and Block pricing when using USD to Non USD multi currency conversions, the following error occurs on the Pricing and Availability form when trying to find the price of the item.

ERROR
Exception :-6502 ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
ORA-01403: no data found

STEPS
1. Via the Order Management Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Pricing & Availability.
3. Attempt to query a specific Item.
4. Click on the 'Price and Availability' button.
