Symptoms
When the driver's "Use HOS History" is not checked . It means that OTM should always award him FRESH working hours and consider him FRESH for every assignment.
In OTM 6.4.3 its awarding/considering him FRESH for 14hour work and 11 hour driver rule but not for 70 hour period rule.
