Goal

For new Suppliers, Rounding Level and Rounding rule are NULL at Supplier and Site from ZX_PARTY_TAX_PROFILES tables, but when Party Tax profiles are queried in the application, the Rounding Level is 'Header' and Rounding Rule is 'Up' under the 'Default Controls' section. Why?
