Symptoms

Setting Properties via the CUSTOM property set not getting in effect or recognized. This applies to all properties, the follow is an example.

An Example:

OTM rating calls using CarrierConnectXL v3.0, fails with the following error after installing patch and setting the new license key to accommodate the upgrade from CarrierConnect XL 1.0 to CarrierConnect XL 3.0.
