Symptoms

When attempting to create an offer, the following error occurs.

Exception details:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to the Applications.

2. Choose an iRecruitment Recruiter responsibility.

3. Click on iRecruitment Home.

4. Click the link 'New Offer'.

5. Search for the vacancy.

6. Select an applicant and click Next.

7. Enter the basic details of the offer and click Next.

8. Search for available salary bases.

9. Select the salary basis from the list.
