Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Pricing Engine
Find that in Basic Pricing users are unable to add items to Price List with 'Customer ordered enabled' flag unchecked.
Users are able to add Items using ''Add Items to Price List'' concurrent program.
STEPS

1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Query Price List
3. Try to Add Items to Price List
