Symptoms

Process Pending Transactions errors with the following message:

In order to complete this transaction ensure that the Primary Book and it's
Reporting Books are in the same period.
Error: function faxcrb returned failure (called from faxcps)
Error: function faxcps returned failure (called from faxcbs)
Error: function faxcbs returned failure (called from faxbmt)
Error: function faxbmt returned failure (called from FAMAPT)
APP-OFA-48400: Error: function faxbmt returned failure (called from FAMAPT) Primary and reporting book are out of synch
