Not Able To Re-Price The Quote Due to Error: "The currency code of price list does not match the order header currency code" (Doc ID 2611013.1)

Symptoms

When repricing a quote line, the following error occurs.

ERROR
The currency code of price list does not match the order header currency code EUR. Please also check your price list setup and make sure your pricing date falls between effective dates of your price list setup



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Negotiations > Quote
3. Place cursor on quote line
4. Actions > Reprice Quote
error above is shown.


NOTES
It worked fine for months until the other day when the problem just started.
